Immediately, dnaQuote™ tool returns accurate instant quotes based on the information provided by the end-user. dnaQuote™ tool is a robust and precise mechanism, which provides our customers with up to the minute prices on their freight shipments.
dnaLocator™: dnaLocator™ tool is a free online tool which enables our customers to easily find one of our locations or terminals located in close proximity to their shipment origination point or shipment destination point. dnaLocator™ tool is user friendly and easy to use. In order to locate a dnaFreight location or terminal near a desired point, just enter the designated zip code into the zip code field and submit your search. dnaLocator™ tool will return a list of matching dnaFreight locations or terminals where freight shipments can be dropped off or picked up, when freight is being shipped terminal-to-terminal.
dnaShipping™: dnaShipping™ mechanism is an online shipment booking tool, which simplifies the process of booking a shipment through an automatic prompting system. The auto prompting system walks users through a series of consequent steps necessary to book a shipment: selecting originating and final destination; identifying shipment dimensions, content and packaging; selecting best shipment method based on quotes; billing, invoicing and labeling. dnaShipping™ tool automates the shipment booking completely, including pricing, documentation, payment processing and label printing into one complete process.
dnaReports™: dnaReports™ tool enables our users to view their up to date current billing reports, invoice reports and shipment reports. Each report accurately reflects the current status of the user's account and shipments. In order to view any report, the user must first log into the system, using their unique username and password. Standard reports generated via dnaReports™ tool, are available to all users free of charge. Account financial reports can be found in the Billing section. Account shipment reports are located in the Shipping section. Custom reports are available upon request and can be scaled based on your individual or organizational needs.
dnaTrack™: dnaTrack™ tool enables users to track shipments they booked with DnaFreight. The tool provides ability to track the shipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shipments can be tracked at system level or at account level. User does not need to log into the system in order to track the shipments.
dnaNotifications™: dnaNotifications™ tool enables our company to keep all site users well informed and up to date on their account status and shipment status details. dnaNotifications™ tool enables robust communication between our customers and us. An email message is generated via dnaNotifications™ tool when a new customer opens a new account, an existing customer makes changes to their account, a customer books a shipment or performs any other task which is deemed detrimental to accurate business practice. A customer will receive a confirmation email promptly after completing a specific task within our system. Some of our correspondence is not automated via dnaNotifications™ tool. Requests to email secure information such as unique usernames and passwords are handled directly by our customer service representatives, who follow a strict process, which ensures our customer's privacy.
