In addition to tracking your shipment using the auto-generated tracking number, your shipment reference number can also be used to track your shipment. Shipments can be tracked on our home page, as well as in “Shipments” and “Billing” sections of the system. Your shipment reference number is always useful for your own accounting and record keeping, and can be used for referencing your shipment when discussing your records with us.
